I just never imagined I will agree to go trekking. Mr ikan is very interested to see want is inside the tummy of the jungle. The sanctuary of the snakes and all type of insects. I am allergic to all type of snakes. You know, those scary long, slithery and poisonous creatures.
At this time, all I can say is OMG. Do I have to do this? I guess I need to show my support, to show that I love him.
Omg! Mr ikan has mentioned about a creek that we might find at the end of the Berowra Track( KURINGAI CHASE NATIONAL PARK). I just wonder why is this man so excited to see a creek. Who in the world is hunting for a creek? It’s just OMG to me. I pray there will be fish in it for me to count. I just don’t want to disappoint him with my awe reactions.
As I am trying to wonder what is the mystery to solve in wood, I hope the track would be kind to us to step down and climb.
I guess it’s not so bad anyway, walking into the jungle. It will clean my lung and system, by breathing fresh air. I am happy if Mr ikan is happy.
Mr ikan loves taking pictures. I’m proud of him able to do what he loved. He has been taking pictures of cockatoo and many kinds of birds.
I don’t find any birds here. I can see many dry eucalyptus trees. I try to look around for some flowers, either it is red, blue or yellow. Any colour would brighten my day.
Mr ikan has captured a few birds with camera after trying so hard to find them. I told him birds might be near the water as they need water to survive.But he found few in middle of forest. I guess he had caught the lost birds who couldn’t find their way home.
The walk isn’t hard. It is just kind of bushy. We came across many people who have the same idea how to spend their weekend. So it isn’t scary at all. It is just kind of busy area of bush walking.
The deeper we go, the cooler the air. The sight has never been better when we found a cute waterfall.
It is kind of cool when we walked down the hill. The leaves were wet. It is shady and hard to see the sun down here.
As we walked we started to see where the creek leads to. It is a beautiful river view. The water was so clear and clean. We stopped and spent some time to rest.
I hope Mr ikan is happy with his adventure today. We are not only found a creek, we found a cute waterfall and a wonderful river.
Most importantly we spent our time together at this Covid19 happily with nature💜.
