Welcome to the world of Shazie

Notes in My Pocket

There are a lot of things happening in n December. December is end of the year and it is when kindness spread the most. The rich helps the poor. Families make time to meet and greet. Yes…it is Christmas 🎄 month. The month loved by all.

The voice

Chip has joined our family this year by landing swiftly at our balcony. It’s loud voice screaming hysterically at mid day. Mr ikan always generously feed him with dried corn that he bought from Coles. Chip only comes once a day. It loves to walk in our garden. I love it presents as it comes and goes as it likes. I called it our frequent visitor.

The Antique Shop

On December, we always travel locally in Sydney. We love sightseeing at the suburbs that we have never been to. So, one day we decided to find the biggest Bunning in Sydney. We found out, it was located at Green Square.

On our way to Bunning, we met our adorable Miss Margaret Rose from England at the biggest antique store in Sydney. We were amazed by the vast collection of vintages. Mr ikan and I took the chance to buy 2 of the things that caught our eyes.

Mr ikan fell in love with the little iron. It is looking very cute to add into our travel collections.

I laid my eyes on this pretty lady as it reminds me of my mother. They have similar name. So without any doubts, it’s the right choice for me.

It has been a long time we were looking for a vintage shop. It was absolutely our lucky day to have found it on our way to Bunning at Alexandria.

Jacaranda spell

Jacaranda has always amazed us with it’s colours. We never miss the chance to snap picture of the purple flowers. It always appears on December.

I love to see the flowers scattering on the ground everywhere. It looks like petals falling from the sky.
